She has been both a small business owner and the CFO/COO in the exciting and exhausting development stages of non profit organizations. Tim Krause is a partner and COO at Cornerstone CPA. With years of experience in the video and real estate industries, he brings a unique perspective and skill set to the accounting firm. Prior to joining Cornerstone CPA, he owned and operated two successful businesses in the video and real estate industries, giving him valuable insights into operations and strategic planning.

As COO, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the company and work closely with the CEO and other executives to develop and implement strategies to grow the company and increase profitability. He also manages a team of professionals and ensure that clients receive the highest level of service possible. Cornerstone CPA’s team of experienced professionals is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest accounting regulations and best practices to provide their clients with the most accurate and relevant advice.

One of Tim’s key strengths is his expertise in developing and implementing effective systems, honed over the years as a business owner. This skill is invaluable in the accounting industry, where streamlined and efficient systems are key to success. Outside of work, he enjoys pursuing one of his passions, dual sport motorcycles, with his father. This hobby reflects his love of adventure and desire to challenge himself both personally and professionally.
