Sometimes the question isn’t “Who will do the books?” but “Is our finance department set up the right way?”
Our Finance Systems & Department Review provides a one-time, in-depth look at your accounting systems, processes, and reporting—then delivers a clear roadmap for improvements.
A quick call to learn about your organization, your current finance setup, and what you want to improve. We’ll confirm whether a Finance Systems & Department Review is the right next step.
Before we schedule a full review, we do a brief evaluation to make sure we’re a good fit and to identify any immediate red flags.
What we need:
1. Read-only access to your accounting system
2. Prior-year tax return(s) (to check alignment)
What you get:
1. A short findings report (about 3 pages)
2. A 30-minute findings call
If you move forward with the Finance Systems & Department Review, the $250 fee can be credited toward your next invoice.
Based on the discovery call and books evaluation, we send a written proposal that outlines:
1. Estimated timeframe for the review
2. How many team members will be involved (on-site, virtual, or a mix)
3. What systems, processes, and reports we’ll review
4. The information/access we’ll need (clear checklist)
5. Pricing and scheduling
We perform the review by walking through your real workflows, reviewing how your systems are set up, and identifying risks, inefficiencies, and reporting gaps.
After the review, you receive a written roadmap (typically 3–10 pages) that outlines:
1. The most important issues to address
2. The recommended order to fix them (so improvements stick)
3. Quick wins vs. longer-term changes
4. A practical action plan (ownership and sequencing)
We’ll walk through the roadmap with you, answer questions, and—if you want help—offer optional implementation support for selected items on a case-by-case basis.
